Bryonna Allen
As Coordinator of Public/Private Initiatives, Bryonna is responsible to addresses external areas of outreach, alignment of community resources, and impactful improvement of the design and construction industry within the Southwest. She leads and enriches community outreach efforts for and around projects in our shared community and is the frontline of Clayco in the Southwest for CCDI (Construction Career Development Initiative), where she brings diversity to the design and construction industry by mentoring and exposing minority, underrepresented and underserved students to career development in construction.
Bryonna is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and received her Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language and Literature. Bryonna is redefining the advocate’s role in solving today’s industry challenges, solidifying relationships through her collaborative approach on all of Clayco’s projects in the Valley of the Sun.
Bryonna is a believer of equity for all and persevering through challenges, then paying it forward by mentoring others, where they can realize their own goals and capabilities. She lives in Phoenix Arizona with her beautiful dog, Alfie.
