Agua Trucks LLC is an Arizona-based construction support company that has served the construction industry throughout Maricopa County and select surrounding areas for more than 20 years. Founded and continuously owner-operated since day one, the company provides sweeping, water truck services, water trailer rentals, dust control, stormwater compliance support, and related field services for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
The company’s foundation was built in Arizona homebuilding, supporting many of the Valley’s leading builders through every phase of development and construction. Over the past two decades, Agua Trucks has successfully navigated the housing crash, the Great Recession, COVID-19 disruptions, labor shortages, supply chain challenges, inflation, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Owner Scott Duscher began his construction career in 1999 as a site superintendent before advancing into executive leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the construction of more than 1,600 single-family homes in Arizona.
That operational background gives Agua Trucks a practical understanding of construction schedules, site logistics, safety expectations, stormwater requirements, and the day-to-day demands faced by contractors and field teams.
Today, Agua Trucks LLC supports a growing range of homebuilders, commercial contractors, and industrial projects throughout Maricopa County and neighboring portions of Yavapai and Pinal counties.
Scott Duscher has remained actively involved in industry leadership and safety initiatives throughout his career. He previously served as President of the National Power Sweeping Association (NAPSA) and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. During his presidency, NAPSA launched Sweeper School and the ANSI sweeping standard initiative. He has also served on the Board of Directors for 1-800-SWEEPER and currently serves on the Safety Committee for the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA). Scott is also a member of the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona (ASA) and is becoming involved with its Safety Committee. Agua Trucks LLC is also proud to be building relationships within the Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona (AMCA).
