Sundt Construction

I love this industry, I’m passionate about it!

Raymond B. Gonzales has been in the construction industry for 40 years. In that time he worked in the field as a carpenter from local 906 and later Founded and operated his own business at RBG Construction for 20 years where he had the pleasure of working alongside his sons. Recognizing that operating a business is not easy and being a new minority-owned business didn’t make things any easier he felt the need to participate in creating an organization such as the AMCA. The AMCA has been instrumental in educating businesses large and small in the field of diversity. AMCA has helped bring us all to the table. During the many hours of working with others to make our businesses more prosperous, Raymond felt the need to give back. He partnered with ASU and the AMCA in awarding scholarships to students who wanted to pursue a career in the field of construction. With the hard work and outstanding participation of our business community, we were able to give thousands of dollars in scholarships. This commitment continues under this great organization the AMCA. While RBG had the privilege of being mentored by members of our corporate community, RBG takes pride in having had the opportunity to mentor others along the way. Today Raymond is in the best part of life and business. He has taken the semi-retirement role while enjoying the privilege of continuing to work alongside his sons at Raven Concrete LLC. My goal today is to enjoy life to the fullest with my beautiful wife Gale, my sons and their wife’s and most of all with our grandkids.
