Mr. Ricardo Carlo is President of the Associated Minority Contractors of America and has been in his position for over 12 years.\u00a0 Mr. Carlo has always been a major supporter of education and has implemented programs to educate, train, and assist Minority, Woman, Small, Veteran, and Disadvantaged Contractors to grow and be successful.<\/p>\n
He sits on numerous committees and boards in the state to include Rio Salado\u2019s President Advisory Council, the City of Phoenix\u2019s Small Business Enterprise Oversight Committee, and the Registrar of Contractor\u2019s Industry Advisory Council.\u00a0 He faithfully served his country and is retired from the United States Air Force.<\/p>\n
